“You Can’t Be Everywhere, But Your Name Can Be”

The title of this blog is attributable to Joe Eragitano.  Joe is “Laser Man.”

Joe is the promo-guy at Laser Creations in Chandler, Arizona.

Laser Creations is one of my clients.  Laser Creations turns out banners, T-Shirts, signs, promo items – you name it – they do it.  Laser Creations is owned by two great people – Brenda and  Jerry Sanniec.  Shameless plug: www.lasercreationsaz.com

Every business needs what they do.

Most companies who are looking to promote their image and brand are familiar with promotional gifts. These items are often given away for free at trade shows and other events. Usually the name of the company or the slogan is printed on these items. Everyone knows that the pen is a commonly seen type of promotional gift, but what are some other types of promotional gifts that are out there?

People love office supplies as promotional gifts. Everyone needs pens, pencils, markers, highlighters and fancy pens and promotional gifts of these items are always a hit. Some businesses also choose to give out writing pads, address books or day planners. One thing about office items is that you can rest assured that people will use them, sometimes even on a day-to-day basis.

Other promotional items are things that are small and easy to give away but still serve a function on the desk, such as clipboards, letter openers, pencil sharpeners and staple removers. Of course, mouse pads are always a popular type of promotional gift. Sometimes there are even more whimsical desk promotional gifts like brightly colored stress balls with the company name and logo.

Clothing and accessories are another popular choice for promotional items. After all, who doesn’t love a free shirt? Your business may want to have T-shirts, polo shirts, sweat shirts or jackets printed up with their logo. You could also choose hats like ski caps, baseball hats or golf caps. Jackets, sweatpants and turtlenecks are great options during the winter months. Remember to choose items that your customers will be able to wear since this leads to increased exposure for your company.

After all, isn’t your company purchasing promotional items so that they can be seen?
